Rooted in legacy but reimagined for today, CWF is THE event for teens to learn leadership and communication skills through history, democracy, and our amendments. For 7 days, teens from around the nation will gather to have meaningful discussions, hear from prominent speakers, influential leaders, and engaging young people who have created an impact. They will connect with 500 other teens and learn the skills they need to lead their local communities and become change agents to build a brighter future. 

Teen (14-19) Double Occupancy $1,495: Room and board for 7 nights from June 15-June 22, 2024. Choose this option if your group will be providing a bus.

Teen (14-19) Double-Occupancy with Transportation $1,745: Room and board for 7 nights from June 15-June 22, 2024 including bus transportation. Transportation package does not include transportation to and from the airport.

Adult Single Occupancy $1,650: Room and board for 7 nights from June 15-June 22, 2024. Choose this option if your group will be providing a bus.

Adult Single Occupancy with Transportation $1,900: Room and board for 7 nights from June 15-June 22, 2024 including bus transportation. Transportation package does not include transportation to and from the airport.

Bus Driver Registration $1,295: Room and board for 7 nights from June 15-June 22, 2024 for your bus driver. If you will have multiple bus drivers, add the corresponding number of Bus Driver Registrations.


    If you would like to pay via invoice, your account will need to be set up in the system. Please email hello@shop4-h.org to request billing to be set up for your account. Note: This is only available to organizations, it is not available to individuals. Once you are set up for invoicing, you can choose Bill Me Later and you will receive an invoice.

    If you are a tax-exempt organization, please send your tax-exempt form to hello@shop4-h.org for taxes to be removed from your account.

    • March 29, 2024 – All payments for CWF are due in full. Proof of payment or a PO must be received by. If neither of these are received, your order will be canceled and tickets will be opened up to the wait list.
    • April 19, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET. – Last day to request a refund
    • April 19, 2024—All guest participant information including first and last name, first name for nametag (if different than first name), email (or parent/guardian’s email if preferred), date of birth (if teen participant), gender identity, city, zip code, roommate preference, dietary restrictions and any other accommodation requests
    • May 3, 2024—All required forms due
    • All refund requests must be made by providing written notice to Council by Friday, April 19, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET. Your refund request must include the order number and reason for requesting a refund. If your request is received by Friday, April 19, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET with the required information, you will receive a refund in full.
    • After Friday, April 19, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET , Council will not refund any amounts paid by you to Council. You may have the option to transfer your registration to another attendee. Council will have the option to either accept or deny the transfer. Council will not be liable for any transfer of fees or payments from one attendee to another attendee.
