Standard shipping delivery time on non-custom items is 7-10 business days.

Please note: Overnight shipping and Second Day Air on non-custom orders are delivered only on business days.

Custom, Dropship, or on-demand items will arrive separate from non-custom items.

Custom items vary by product; however, most take 14 business days for delivery. Custom items are not eligible for expedited shipping delivery.

Trophies, Plaques, and Custom Medals: 10 – 14 business days

Custom Shirts: 10 – 14 business days

Belt Buckles: 10 – 14 business days

Custom Ribbons: 14 – 21 business days

Jackets and Hoodies: 14 – 21 business days

After your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package. Please make sure to check your spam folder for this message if you do not see it in your inbox.

Returns

Items that are eligible for returns should be in the original condition and sent back within 30 days after you receive your order for a full refund or store credit (your
choice).

Custom Items, Dropship Items, and On-Demand Items:

Due to the specialized nature of custom, dropship, and on-demand items, they are not eligible for returns or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Damaged Item:

We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective. Please email a picture of the defective item(s) along with the order number to hello@shop4-H.org.

Wrong Item:

If you received the wrong item, please email a picture of the item received, order number, and the correct item information to hello@shop4-H.org.

Missing Item:

If an item is missing, please contact us at 301-961-2934 or at hello@shop4-H.org

Wrong Size:

If you receive the wrong size of an item, please email us with a picture of the size tag along with the order number to hello@shop4-H.org.

When returning items, please include the packing slip or copy of online confirmation. Eligible returns can be shipped to:

Payment

Shop 4-H must collect sales tax as required by each state. Our requirements to charge taxes will continue to change on a rolling basis, so even if you do not see taxes being charged now, they may be added in the future.

If your organization is qualified to make tax-exempt purchases, please submit the following information to hello@shop4-H.org to ensure that you will not be charged taxes on your orders:

  • Name of Institution/Extension Office
  • All email addresses associated with the Shop 4-H account to prevent delays with future orders.
  • PDF copy of Tax-Exempt Certificate

Note: We want to inform you that our site is currently experiencing technical issues at checkout, where customers are being charged taxes even if their account is marked as Tax Exempt. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to your shopping experience and want you to know that we are doing all we can to resolve the issue. Currently, we have

If you are a part of the Land Grant University System, County Extension Service Office, Schools, Government or Military Agencies, you can fax us a Purchase Order to 301-961-2937 or email Purchase order to hello@shop4-H.org.

Digital download files will be delivered to the email address used when placing your order. You will receive a separate email on how to download your digital files. Please make sure you save the file immediately. If you pay for your order using the
"Bill Me Later" payment method, you must either call us at 301-961-2934 or email us at hello@shop4-H.org with your order number, and the files will be released to you.
