•  All refund requests must be made by providing written notice to Council by Friday, February 6, 2026 at 5 p.m. ET. Your refund request must include the order number and reason for requesting a refund. If your request is received by Friday, February 6, 2026 at 5 p.m. ET with the required information, you will receive a refund in full. 

• After Friday, February 6, 2026, Council will not refund any amounts paid by you to Council. You may have the option to transfer your registration to another attendee. Council will have the option to either accept or deny the transfer. Council will not be liable for any transfer of fees or payments from one attendee to another attendee. 

Event tickets can only be purchased automatically with a credit card.  To pay by invoice, please reach out to  hello@shop4-h.org to request a quote. 

If you are a tax-exempt organization, please send your tax-exempt form to hello@shop4-h.org for taxes to be removed from your account.

• January 30, 2026 – Last day to make your hotel reservations at the Westin Riverwalk San Antonio at the group block rate of $245 a night plus tax. 

•  February 6, 2026 – Last day to request a refund.
