You can present certificates with some extra 4-H flare in this glossy white folder! The folder comes with a gold 4-H clover imprinted on the front. The folder is die-cut for either 8" x 10" or 8 1/2" x 11" certificates. May be used either horizontally or vertically. Certificate not included.
