General Questions

The affiliate program allows Land-Grant Universities (LGU) to earn commissions by promoting products on Shop 4-H. When someone makes a purchase using your unique affiliate link, you earn a percentage of the sale.

The Shop 4‑H Affiliate Program is exclusively available to Land‑Grant Universities. Each LGU is permitted to maintain one referral account.

You can submit your application online at https://shop4-h.refersion.com/affiliate/registration.

Please review the Program Terms & Conditions and reach out if you have any
questions.

Earnings & Payments

Affiliates receive 5% of qualified purchases completed through their unique referral link.

A qualified purchase is a completed, eligible order made through your affiliate link that meets all program requirements. This includes being tracked correctly, purchased within the attribution window, paid in full, and not refunded or canceled. Only qualified purchases earn commissions. Eligible products do not include gift cards or event registrations.

To qualify for commission, purchases must be completed through the online storefront. Manually processed orders are not eligible.

We use a tracking system that logs conversions made through your unique affiliate link during the attribution window.

The attribution window refers to the length of time after a customer clicks your affiliate link during which a purchase can be credited to your account. If the customer completes their purchase within this window, the commission is awarded to you. Example- Your affiliate link has a 30‑day attribution window. If someone clicks your link today and buys anytime within the next 30 days, you earn the commission.

Please note: If customers use a bookmarked version of your
link, the purchase may fall outside the tracking window, which can prevent the
sale from being credited to your account.

Affiliate payouts are issued once per year, every January.
